Update of the Support Backbone Customer Action Required!
 
Are you set up for the future with the updated SAP Support Backbone Infrastructure? If not, act now and update your systems to stay connected to SAP as of January 1, 2020. Customers need to switch to the new infrastructure before the end of 2019 to ensure continuous connectivity. This includes updating SAP Solution Manager to SP09 as well as every other SAP system that has a direct connectivity to Support Backbone.

Recap: ASUG Argentina Annual Conference 2019
 
The ASUG Argentina Annual Conference 2019 under the slogan “The Intelligent Enterprise” attracted more than 300 participants, who actively exchanged updates and best practices amongst each other, as well as with SAP experts. Ana Maria Recalde, (Chief Customer Officer for SAP´s Latin America) emphasized «Customer First” and “SAP for Me Beta” as driving elements of SAP’s strategy to become a world-class customer success organization.

Recap: ASUG Colombia  Annual Conference 2019
 
The ASUG Colombia Annual Conference 2019 took place end of August in Cartagena (Colombia) and focused on the question “Where are we going with SAP?” The new meeting format of the conference included roundtable with almost 120 CIOs and CFOs, who dedicated their time to learn how SAP and its partners can support their digital transformation journeys to the Intelligent Enterprise. Several success stories from the customers, who already started their path with the SAP S/4HANA, provided valuable insights and motivation to tackle the move to the Intelligent Enterprise. The new meeting format of ASUG Colombia was a great success and it will be repeated in Medellin (Colombia) in 2020.

Recap: ASUG Mexico Annual Conference 2019
 
ASUG Mexico held its Annual Conference on September 11thattracting more than 320 participants. The Intelligent Enterprise was at the core of most of the presentations and discussions. SAP provided insights into topics like Customer First, Qualtrics and Digital Access. Prior to the conference, ASUG Mexico hosted an SAP S/4HANA Forum that helped customers understand why and how to start their transformation to the Intelligent Enterprise.
