Act Now – Less Than a Month to Get Ready and Do Not Lose Your Connectivity With SAP Support Backbone (December 11, 2019)
SAP’s support backbone is the central infrastructure located at SAP to provide technical support to our customers. This infrastructure has been updated. The legacy infrastructure remains in place to allow a safe transition for customers. Customers need to switch to the new infrastructure before January 1st 2020 to ensure continuous connectivity. In this session, you will learn about the impacts of the support backbone update on SAP Solution Manager and Focused Run, and what you need to do to ensure connectivity of these systems to SAP after January 1st, 2020.
